Job summary

Regal Marketing & Trading Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to support day-to-day HR operations.

You will handle payroll, recruitment, training coordination and compliance with local laws. This role requires a recognized HR degree, a valid driving license, strong interpersonal and time management skills, and the ability to liaise with vendors and managers to meet organisational needs.

Qualifications

• Recognized bachelor degree related to human resources management, from a reputable institution.
• Valid driving license, class D.
• Familiar with Employment Act & Labour Ordinance of Sabah and Sarawak and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of payroll processing to meet pay day and timely distribution of pay slips.
• Manage the recruitment process from job postings to interviews and background checks.
• Coordinate training programs with providers and monitor outcomes.
• Administer HRDC grant applications and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Assist in safety & health initiatives to raise workforce awareness.
• Attend to employee grievances to maintain workplace harmony.
• Organize staff events to meet engagement objectives.
• Execute HR daily administration and support other business needs.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and follow up on reviews.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to ensure smooth operations.
