Job summary

Based at the headquarters in KYM Tower, Mutiara Damansara, you will run the full HR function independently and handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining audit-ready records in line with Malaysian labour laws.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955, PDPA 2010 and statutory requirements, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-spectrum HR experience, including payroll.
• Experience with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, confirmation and exit processes.
• Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp), including Form EA and Form E.
• Administer the SQL HR/Payroll software and keep employee records accurate and audit-ready.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, benefits and HR policies in line with Malaysian labour laws.
• Provide HR data for the Annual Report, Sustainability Statement and audits.
