Job summary

DIC (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Human Resources Executive to manage payroll, benefits, and general HR operations.

You will ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws, update policies, and run orientation and training programs aligned with Training Needs Analysis. You will also generate ad hoc reports, handle grievances, and collaborate with management to enhance employee relations, morale and productivity while maintaining accurate HR information in the HRIS and contributing to performance

Qualifications

• At least a Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysia labor and industrial relations law.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with management and staff.
• Analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Pro-active and able to manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Computer literate with MS Office and HRM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of payroll and related allowances.
• Ensure compliance with local HR legislation and update policies.
• Conduct orientation and training programs as per Training Needs Analysis.
• Generate and prepare ad hoc reports for management.
• Address employee grievances per grievance procedure.
• Collaborate with management to improve relations, morale, and productivity.
• Maintain accuracy of workforce data in HR information system.
• Update and recommend HR policies and procedures.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
