Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and maintain robust HR procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate guidelines. To establish and maintain financial and management procedures while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Manage the full spectrum of HR duties, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Compensation and Benefits
Work closely with HR headquarters to ensure effective recruitment and fulfillment of human capital requirements, and formulate HR policies and strategies in accordance with corporate guidelines
Manage payroll, benefits administration, HR database, reporting, and assist in HRIS implementation and new benefits scheme roll-outs
Oversee performance management via the in-house system, including annual appraisals, salary reviews, and maintenance of employees' personal files
Build and maintain partnerships with line managers in the formulation and execution of HR initiatives to support business growth
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including preparation and renewal of employment contracts, work passes and visas, and resignation, termination, and dismissal processes
Provide timely reports and analysis on monthly headcount, payroll, recruitment, and turnover statistics
Coordinate the resolution of policy-related and procedural issues, oversee Group Services administration, and perform ad hoc duties as required
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years HR experience and 2 years in a managerial capacity
Sound knowledge of labour laws, including those applicable outside of Malaysia
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present effectively
Able to work collaboratively within a complex organisation, with a positive, proactive attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines
