Job summary

ACO Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources Executive to drive end-to-end HR functions in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage recruitment, training, OSH compliance, and employee engagement initiatives to support business growth.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields and 2–3 years of HR experience, with strong English, Mandarin, and Malay communication skills. This role is based on-site in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify training needs (TNA) and plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programs (internal and external).
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., HRD Corp).
• Coordinate OSH programs per local requirements; organize safety briefings and risk assessments.
• Maintain OSH documentation, incident reports, and audit contact for compliance.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, company events, and celebrations; manage logistics and budgets.

Job description

Identify training needs across departments through TNA (training needs analysis).

Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programs, both internal and external.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with statutory training requirements (e.g., HRD Corp claimable courses).

Occupational Safety & Health (OSH)

Coordinate OSH programs in line with local statutory requirements (e.g., OSHA /DOSH).

Organize safety briefings, risk assessments, and workplace inspections.

Maintain OSH documentation, incident reports, and compliance records, and act as key contact for audit

Employee Engagement & Events

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, company events, and celebrations.

Manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination.

Design and run employee feedback initiatives (e.g., surveys) and translate insights into action plans.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay for stakeholder communication.

Proficient in Employment Law and OSHA. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
