Job summary

Saxco Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR operations in Malaysia. You will handle recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance and training while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, processing payroll, handling statutory contributions, managing employee records, and supporting performance management and training programs to drive organisational success.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management/Administration/Business or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Independent, responsible, detail-oriented and well-organised.
• Able to multitask.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Handle employee grievances, misconduct cases and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain employee personal files, employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and applicable labour regulations.
• Coordinate employee performance appraisals and KPI evaluations.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external employee training programmes.
• Monitor employee attendance, overtime, leave and medical claims.
• Administer employee benefits, allowances, bonuses and salary adjustments.
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

About you

At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management/Administration/Business or equivalent

Preferably at least 1 year working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are welcome

Basic knowledge in Employment Act 1955 will be an added advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

High integrity, professionalism and confidentiality

Independent, responsible, detail-oriented and well-organised

Able to multitask

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
