Job summary

• 1-2 years of working experience in HR/admin roles preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Prior experience handling HR systems is an added advantage.

Job description

To provide administrative and operational support in day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee records, onboarding and engagement initiatives. This role helps ensure HR processes run smoothly and is a valuable stepping stone into a broader HR career path.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Post job ads and coordinate interview schedules.

Assists with candidate communications and screening.

Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation for new hires.

HR Administration

Maintain and update employee records and personal files.

Handle general HR documentation, including letters and forms.

Assist in HRIS data entry and system updates.

Leave & Attendance Tracking

Help track employee attendance, MCs and leave balances.

Follow up on missing records, ensure proper documentation.

Employee Engagement & Events

Assist in organizing company events, festive celebrations, and internal announcements.

General HR Support

Support any ad hoc HR initiatives, projects or reports.

Handle staff inquiries professionally and route them to appropriate parties

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

1-2 years of working experience in a similar HR/admin role preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).

Prior experience in handling HR systems is an added advantage.
