This strategic role goes beyond traditional accounting, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and owning operating results to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. As part of our finance transformation journey, you will partner with business leaders, perform rigorous cost and operational analyses, and support data-driven decision making across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in management accounting, cost analysis, or financial business partnering.
• Strong data analysis skills and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with BI tools and data-driven decision making.

We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to join our Management Accounting team. This is a strategic role where you will go beyond traditional accounting, acting as a trusted advisor to the business. You will take ownership of operating results, applying management accounting expertise, business acumen, and analytical methods to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

This position is part of our finance transformation journey, where the entire finance function—including settlement and accounting—evolves from a traditional support role into a management-driven, business-partnering function.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders across departments to drive financial performance, cost control, and resource optimization.

Conduct rigorous cost & operational analysis to identify performance drivers, opportunities and risks. You will challenge underlying assumptions, validate data and model logic, and surface blind spots and hidden risks in business plans.

Provide forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, guiding business units in implementing refined management practices.

Support the finance team’s transformation from traditional accounting to business partnering, embedding a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Act as an internal consultant, capable of leading initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and driving business improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are an advantage.

Proven experience in management accounting, cost analysis, or financial business partnering.

Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills: able to differentiate facts from forecasts, spot logical gaps and biases, build robust financial models, and provide balanced, actionable recommendations.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, or other data analytics platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence non-financial colleagues effectively.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead projects and drive change across functions.

Experience in business process improvement, project management, or consulting is highly valued.

Fintech industry experience or strong interest in financial technology is a plus, particularly in leveraging digital tools and automation to enhance financial decision-making.
