J&T Express is seeking a proactive Network Planning Executive to support operational excellence across its logistics network in Malaysia. The role involves data analysis, SOP development, and monitoring network quality to drive continuous improvements in service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, conducting site assessments, creating training materials, delivering training, and collaborating with stakeholders to address operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in courier/logistics/supply chain preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis tools.
• Willing to work on weekends during peak periods to support reporting and data analysis.
• Willing to travel for audits, site visits, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network operations data across first-mile to last-mile processes.
• Develop data models and KPIs to support management decisions.
• Maintain dashboards and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
• Monitor front-line performance and identify trends, risks, and quality issues.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Network Planning Executive to support operational excellence across our logistics network. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational data analysis, SOP development, network quality monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

• Analyze network operations data, including first-mile and last-mile processes such as parcel collection, warehouse holding, delivery, and linehaul operations.

• Develop data models and performance indicators based on business requirements to support management decision-making.

• Establish and maintain operational and network quality monitoring dashboards and reports.

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc operational analysis reports.

• Monitor front-line operational performance and identify trends, risks, and quality issues through data analysis.

SOP Development & Process Improvement

• Develop, review, and standardize operational SOPs across the network.

• Conduct site visits and operational assessments to understand process gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Create training materials, including posters, presentations, and short instructional videos.

• Deliver training and operational empowerment programs through online and offline platforms.

• Develop corrective action plans for quality issues and monitor implementation effectiveness.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate improvement results and drive continuous enhancement.

Network Quality Management

• Monitor network operational performance and quality standards.

• Conduct branch and outlet audits, inspections, and corrective action follow-ups.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service performance.

• Participate in daily operational review meetings and cross-functional discussions to ensure action plans are effectively executed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Prior experience in the courier, logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis tools.

• Willing to work on weekends when required during peak operational periods to support reporting and data analysis.

• Willing to travel for operational audits, site visits, and network performance investigations.
