Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) SDN. BHD. is seeking a data-oriented professional to analyze logistics data and provide operational support in a dynamic environment in Kuala Lumpur. You will monitor delivery performance, customer feedback, and incidents to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes building data models, creating performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and support strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic to intermediate data analysis and processing skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics / operations / performance management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Experience in the courier, express, or logistics industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data for key logistics services and provide operational support.
• Monitor network quality by analyzing delivery performance, customer complaints, lost/damaged parcels, AI quality control, and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support major projects through data extraction, analysis, performance evaluation, and progress tracking.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc network quality reports.
• Monitor end-to-end delivery operations, identify quality issues, and assist in implementing improvement plans.
• Develop data models and performance metrics to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and drive projects.

Analyze data for key logistics services (same-day, next-day, self-pickup, sea freight, etc.) and provide operational support.

Monitor network quality by analyzing delivery performance, customer complaints, lost/damaged parcels, AI quality control, and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Support major projects through data extraction, analysis, performance evaluation, and progress tracking.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc network quality reports.

Monitor end-to-end delivery operations, identify quality issues, and assist in implementing improvement plans.

Develop data models and performance metrics to support business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and drive projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in logistics / operations / performance management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic to intermediate data analysis and processing skills.

Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Experience in the courier, express, or logistics industry is preferred.

Willing to travel for site visits when necessary.
