Senior Executive, Logistics Network Management

We are a leading logistics company seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Logistics Network Management Specialist. This role is vital in managing franchise partner operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting smooth business processes.

Responsibilities:

Franchise Partner Admission & Transition Management: Review applications for partner entry, exit, integration, transfer, and restructuring. Initiate workflows, track approvals, and ensure proper closure. Maintain records and progress logs.

Risk & Compliance Management: Follow up on warning letters, rectification notices, and other irregular partner matters. Coordinate with regional teams to drive corrective actions and track outcomes.

Contract Administration: Manage franchise contracts including signing, renewal, document verification, expiry reminders, record maintenance, and archiving.

Regulatory Compliance: Monitor SST registration, KUSKOP registration, business licenses, and other compliance requirements. Conduct periodic checks to ensure completeness and validity of documents.

Partner Data Management: Collect and maintain franchise partner company information, ensuring timely and accurate updates in systems and records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, franchise management, contract management, or process management is an advantage.

Proficient in Excel/WPS and basic data management tools.

High attention to detail: Able to handle large volumes of documents, contracts, and approvals.

Strong process awareness: Capable of driving tasks according to established procedures, not just data collection.

Excellent follow‑up skills: Persistent in tracking regions, departments, and deadlines.

Strong sense of responsibility: Ensures tasks are followed through to final closure.

Basic data organization and issue summarization skills.
