J&T Express is seeking a Process & Data Specialist (Network Management) to oversee full-cycle data tracking of key projects, build standardized processes, and train regional staff. The role emphasizes data control, SOP development, and platform reporting to ensure KPIs are met and operations stay compliant.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; capable of independent data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

• Clear communication skills; adept at training and cross-level coordination between HQ, regions, and sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data coordination for newly launched projects, following through from initiation to closure.
• Establish project data records, consolidating core metrics, process data, and exceptions into daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Identify issues such as unmet targets, delays, or anomalies; analyze root causes, provide feedback to project leads and relevant departments, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Deliver stage-based reports, project reviews, and KPI analysis to support decision-making, strategy adjustments, and performance evaluation.
• Design and update standardized SOPs covering project execution, data reporting, site operations, and issue resolution.
• Ensure SOPs are clear, practical, replicable, and aligned with operational standards, minimizing inconsistencies and inefficiencies.
• Monitor SOP compliance across regions and sites, collect feedback, and continuously refine processes to meet evolving business needs.
• Develop standardized training materials based on SOPs, data protocols, KPI standards, and platform processes.
• Conduct targeted training sessions for Area Managers (AMs), covering data reporting, project milestones, KPI interpretation, platform reporting, and issue resolution.
• Assess training effectiveness through practical checks, data audits, and Q&A sessions, ensuring improved accuracy and consistency in regional execution.
• Manage data entry, reporting, and synchronization with internal operation and reporting platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with offline sites to collect operational updates, challenges, and resource needs, identifying common and unique issues.
• Provide regular reports to senior management and platform departments on project progress, KPI achievement, existing issues, and corrective action plans.

Process & Data Specialist (Network Management)

This is a core support role within the project team, responsible for full-cycle data tracking of key projects, building and implementing standardized processes, conducting regional staff training, and managing platform reporting. Through refined data control, standardized workflows, capability enablement, and closed-loop issue management, the role ensures project KPIs are achieved and supports efficient, compliant project operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Data Management & Tracking

Lead data coordination for newly launched projects, following through from initiation to closure.

Establish project data records, consolidating core metrics, process data, and exceptions into daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Identify issues such as unmet targets, delays, or anomalies; analyze root causes, provide feedback to project leads and relevant departments, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
