Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Transportation Cost Analyst to manage settlement data uploads into JMS system, reconcile with transport vendors, and analyze cost data to identify savings opportunities and recommend improvement plans.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor cost risks, support cost-control initiatives, and prepare reports to help management decisions. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in logistics or cost analysis are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation planning, logistics operations, fleet management, or transportation cost analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational and cost data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis). Experience with TMS/JMS is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.

Job description

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve transportation cost‑related issues and ensure timely issue resolution.

Monitor transportation cost risks, develop mitigation plans, and support continuous cost control initiatives.

Prepare transportation cost reports and provide analytical support to management for decision‑making.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in transportation planning, logistics operations, fleet management, or transportation cost analysis.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret operational and cost data.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis). Experience with transportation management systems (TMS/JMS) is an advantage.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.

Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
