Job summary

J&T Express Malaysia is seeking a candidate to inspect, supervise, and enforce brand standards across stations in Kedah. You will drive the implementation of standardized workflows, collect operational data, and propose improvements with follow-up on effectiveness.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel to Kulim High-Tech Park may be required as part of regional quality control efforts.

Job description

Requirements

Conduct inspections, supervision, and execution of station brand image to ensure compliance with company standards.

Drive and oversee the implementation and continuous optimization of station operating standards, ensuring standardized workflows.

Collect, monitor, and analyze station operational data, propose improvement plans, and follow up on implementation effectiveness.

Manage contract negotiations, signing, and documentation with partner stations.

Handle customer service matters and complaints, coordinate resources to resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsible for YoYi regional quality control monitoring and operation.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and data analysis capability.

Team-oriented mindset with a spirit of collaboration.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate resilience under pressure.

Must be able to travel to Kulim High-Tech Park whenever required.
