Job summary

J&T Express (MALAYSIA) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations Support role to assist in daily planning, driver payment calculations, and fleet coordination across regions. The position requires strong data handling, Excel proficiency, and teamwork with Fleet and Dispatch teams.

You will monitor driver performance, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure accurate records in Worksy and other systems while supporting the Operation Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations is an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work with large amounts of operational data accurately.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience using Worksy or other operational systems is an advantage.
• Able to coordinate with multiple teams and follow up on operational matters.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operation Supervisor in daily operational planning and control.
• Calculate and verify Driver Trip Allowance and other driver-related operational payments.
• Coordinate with Fleet Coordinators across regions on vehicle and driver arrangements.
• Monitor and coordinate driver and vehicle allocation according to operational requirements.
• Monitor driver performance and assist in driver assessment and evaluation.
• Follow up on driver attendance, performance, operational issues and related matters.
• Monitor proper use of Worksy and other operational systems.
• Prepare and verify operational reports and driver-related data.
• Identify discrepancies in driver payments, trip records and operational data.
• Assist the Operation Supervisor in handling operational issues and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with Fleet, Dispatch and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Operation Supervisor.
