Dunlopillo (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Export/Export Executive to drive business development and manage overseas customers across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on meeting budgets, coordinating orders, and supporting market expansion.

You will prepare monthly sales summaries, supervise export documentation, and help craft sales and marketing plans for each country. Frequent travel to SEA will be required to understand client needs and report back to management.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, International Business, or International Trade.
• Experience managing overseas customers and distributors.
• Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to travel frequently overseas; Southeast Asia experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet the sales budget (Turnover & Margins) outlined for each customer and market.
• Prepare Monthly sales summary report as requested by export head.
• Supervise the preparation of sales orders and documentation.
• Assist the head of export to draft the sales & marketing plans for the respective countries.
• Ensure orders are received in advance to meet factory requirements.
• Monitor & report monthly sales by customer.
• Help to monitor receivables are collected within the agreed time frame.
• Help to develop new products for the clients and to ensure new products meet market needs.
• Frequent overseas travelling to visit customers in SEA or assigned countries; prepare travel reports.

Senior Export Executive / Export Executive

Possess sales “Hunter” attitude with strong business acumen to do business development.

Meet the sales budget (Turnover & Margins) outlined for each customer and market.

Prepare Monthly sales summary report as requested by export head

Supervise the preparation of sales order and documentation

Able to assist the head of export to draft the sales & marketing plans for the respective countries.

Ensure orders are received in advance so as to meet both the requirements of the factory

Monitor & report monthly sales by customer.

Help to monitor receivables are collected within the stipulated agreed time frame.

Help to develop new products for the clients and to ensure new products are developed to meet the needs of each market.

Able to do Frequent Oversea travelling to visit customers in the South East Asia / the countries assigned by the company, on a regular basis to determine their needs and make strategic proposals upon return, and to prepare the travel reports to the management.

Analyze competitor products in the respective countries (specifications, pricing, promotions, etc...).

Organize frequent online meeting with oversea clients during non-travelling period.

Identify new opportunities and help with market researches.

Requirement:-

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, International Business, International Trade or any experience in related field.

Experience managing overseas customers and distributors

Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills.

Good command of English, both written and spoken

Experience in Southeast Asian markets would be an advantage

Proficient in accounting software (SAP) & Excel.

Willing to travel frequently overseas, particularly within Southeast Asia

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Good time management and organizational skills
