YLF Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Selangor is hiring an Export Sales Executive to identify and grow overseas accounts, driving revenue and market share for our biscuit brands. You will lead market entry plans, manage key customers, and travel as needed to secure new business.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in International Business or Marketing, at least 3 years in FMCG sales, and strong English and Mandarin communication with negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in International Business, Commercial, Marketing or Business Admin.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in FMCG/food preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin with negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel overseas on short notice.

Aufgaben

• Identify and expand emerging accounts to drive revenue and market share.
• Develop market entry and expansion plans for high-potential accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and develop new businesses regionally through admin and field work.
• Represent the group to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• Acquire product knowledge to better service customers and increase sales.
• Plan regular visits to existing and prospective customers.
• Track promotional budget to prevent over/underutilization.
• Handle administration like advertising/claims, damage claims, trade offers.
• Prepare Monthly Business Review presentations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to identify and expand emerging accounts, driving incremental revenue and market share.

Lead the development and execution of market entry and expansion plans, focusing on high-growth accounts with strong potential.

Responsible for achieving sales targets as well as developing new businesses in the region through both administrative and field work.

Be the sales ambassador of the Group of Companies to all existing customers in ascertaining highest customer satisfaction at all levels

To pick up assigned product knowledge/technical know-how to best service customers and ultimately increase sales

Plan and make regular visits to existing and prospective customers

Tracking the promotional budget to ensure no overutilized or underutilised budget.

Administration work such as raising advertising and promotional claims, damage claims, trade offer claims, etc

Prepare Monthly Business Review presentation

Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma/Degree in International Business / Commercial / Marketing/ Business Admin and other relevant studies.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (food).

Possess strong communication skills in English, Mandarin Speaker with negotiation skills and problem-solving skills to liaise with mandarin speaking client.

Proactive, independent, and result-driven and presentable.

Analytical-minded, effective communication & interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel overseas on short notice and is committed to working as and when required
