Job summary

Dunlopillo (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Order Management Executive (Chinese-speaking) to support daily commercial operations from its Subang Jaya regional office. The role requires strong Mandarin language skills (speaking, reading, writing) to interact with internal teams and business partners.

You will manage sales orders, coordinate deliveries, handle product claims, and prepare routine order-management reports.

• Handle sales orders including order requests, stock checks, delivery checks, billing.
• Manage product complaints and returned goods requests for business partners.

• Process daily client product claims and GRV.
• Prepare daily and monthly order-management reports.
• Ensure pre- and post-sales operations run smoothly with supply chain coordination.

Order Management Executive (Chinese-speaking)

· The ability to speak Mandarin, as well as read and write Chinese, is essential for this role.

· Daily processing of commercial operation matters

· Sales order transactions (including sales order request, stock availability, delivery checks, billing matters, product or services matters).

· Product complaints and returned goods request for business partners only

· Monitoring planning & coordination of delivery arrangements

· Manage and process of all daily client product claims and GRV.

· Coordinate follow up and monitor display, loan and consignment goods.

· Document filing and archiving of all order management operations.

· Prepare daily and monthly order management related reports.

· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

· Understand, service and maintain the needs between internal customers related tosupplychainactivities.

· Monitoring logistics department planning & coordination of delivery arrangements.

· Responsible to ensure pre-sales & post-sales operations are running smoothly including coordination with supply chain and raise escalation to management if necessary.

· Ensure excellent & timely response to internal & external customers.

· Ensure accuracy and fulfillment in documentation related to order management.
