Job summary

Bergamot Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Export Sales Executive based in Selangor to drive international opportunities and manage end-to-end sales processes from lead to order.

You will negotiate pricing and payment terms, coordinate with sales and operations, and build relationships across cultures and time zones. The role requires a Diploma or higher in Business or Marketing, 1–3 years in sales, and willingness to travel locally or overseas as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Dedicated, initiative, observant, independent, willing to learn.
• Ability to work with different cultures and time zones.
• Computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Willing to travel locally or overseas as required.

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.

Perform assigned duties and job functions such as negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients and follow up on order.

Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless operations, including regular meetings with sales and operation teams.

Explain and demonstrate product features while staying updated on competitors' offerings.

Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.

Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Take on additional duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)

1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

Dedicated, initiative, observant, independent, willing to learn.

Ability to work with different cultures and time zones.

Computer Skills: MS Office - Outlook, Words, Excel, Powerpoint.

Good analytical & communication skills.

Willing to travel (local / overseas) as required by the company.
