Job summary

Yosogo Writing Instrument Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated Export Sales & Marketing Executive to develop overseas markets and manage international customers. You will support export sales activities and coordinate with production, QC and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, 2–6 years of export experience, strong English, and proven negotiation and presentation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation and Incoterms.
• Experience in export sales, international/B2B sales is preferred.
• Proactive, independent, target-oriented and able to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow export sales and international customer base.
• Attend overseas exhibitions and develop new markets.
• Identify and approach potential overseas customers, distributors, importers and partners.
• Maintain relationships with existing international customers and provide support.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product information and samples.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples and orders.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse and Logistics to fulfill orders on time.
• Coordinate export shipments and related documentation with customers and freight forwarders.

Education

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Export Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing overseas markets, acquiring new international customers, managing existing customers, and supporting the Company's export sales and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow export sales and international customer base
• Make preparation and to attend oversea exhibition (Frankfurt / Middle East / Kenya / Korea / China / Africa / Sri Lanka / United States an so on)
• Identify and approach potential overseas customers, distributors, importers and business partners
• Manage and maintain good relationships with existing international customers
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, product information and samples
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples and purchase orders
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and delivery arrangements within Company guidelines
• Conduct market research and identify new international business opportunities
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse and Logistics Departments to ensure customer orders are completed on time
• Coordinate export shipments and related documentation with customers and freight forwarders

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Logistics or a related field
• Preferably 2–6 years of experience in export sales, international sales, B2B sales or related fields
• Experience in manufacturing, OEM/ODM or consumer products
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation and Incoterms
• Experience with B2B platforms, e-commerce or digital marketing
• Proactive, independent, target-oriented and willing to learn
