Job summary

• Support Employee Services in handling calls and emails when needed.
• Verify staff claims in line with staff benefits and HR policy.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support for other HR functions as required.

Job Responsibilities

• To perform data entry / checker role to ensure employee data is created and maintained in HR system accurately (i.e. new hire, transfer, org chart restructuring, re-designation, promotion and etc), within established turnaround time, and in accordance to established processes.
• To prepare or check to ensure accuracy in issuance of employee movement letters (i.e. transfer, re-designation, promotion, salary adjustment and etc) within established turnaround time, and in accordance to established processes.
• To support Employee Services in managing calls and emails where necessary.
• To perform verification of staff claims in accordance to staff benefits as stipulated in Human Resource Employment policy
• To provide ad-hoc administrative support for other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.
