Responsibilities

• Perform data entry/checker role to ensure employee data is created and maintained in HR systems within turnaround times.
• Prepare or verify issuance of employee movement letters (transfer, re-designation, promotion, salary adjustments) within processes.
• Support Employee Services in handling calls and emails when needed.
• Verify staff claims in line with staff benefits and HR policy.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support for other HR functions as required.
