Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad seeks a detail-oriented HR data entry checker to ensure employee data is accurately created and maintained in our HR system, covering new hires, transfers, org chart changes, promotions, and more.

You will verify movement letters and handle staff claims verification per HR policy, while providing ad-hoc administrative support to Employee Services as needed, all within established turnaround times and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry for HR systems and processes.
• Ability to verify accuracy of employee data (new hires, transfers, promotions).
• Familiarity with standard HR policies and turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• To perform data entry/checker role to ensure employee data is created and maintained in HR system accurately.
• To prepare or check accuracy in issuance of employee movement letters within turnaround time and in accordance to processes.
• To support Employee Services by handling calls and emails as needed.
• To verify staff claims in line with staff benefits as per HR policy.
• To provide ad-hoc administrative support for other HR functions as required.
