Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage end-to-end service, liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Technical teams, and ensure accurate orders and timely invoicing.

You will handle inquiries, process orders (C4C), maintain SAP data, prepare reports, and drive CRM and service improvements while contributing to growth. On-site role in Shah Alam.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in sales, marketing, customer service or logistics.
• Proficient in MS Excel; SAP ERP knowledge is essential.
• Fluent in English and Malay; able to read, write and speak.
• Degree in Business Admin / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end customer service support and resolve inquiries.
• Process customer orders (C4C) accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with internal teams as the main link between customers and departments.
• Prepare regular reports for order tracking and analysis.
• Support cross-functional coordination with Sales, Credit Control, etc.
• Maintain accurate customer data in SAP.
• Drive customer relationship management and retention.
• Handle complaints and contribute to product/service improvements.
• Support lead generation and business growth by promoting products.
