Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Graduate Intern in Customer Service to join the team in Shah Alam, Malaysia, supporting customers across Malaysia and Singapore. You will gain hands-on exposure to order management, CRM processes, and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.

Fresh graduates with degrees in related fields are encouraged to apply. The 12-month program offers exposure to customer service operations, ERP systems like SAP, Power BI, and ongoing opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive purchase orders from the Equipment Sales team and process orders in the CRM system (C4C).
Monitor and manage customer orders through the processing cycle.
Communicate with customers and sales teams via email/phone regarding updates.
Build relationships with customers and address questions promptly.
Support efforts to improve customer satisfaction across Malaysia and Singapore.
Coordinate with Sales, Business Line Managers, and Credit Control on credit checks.
Ensure timely execution of orders and support initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Master Data teams to maintain data accuracy.
Liaise with Logistics, Procurement, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Identify and elevate customer service issues and support resolutions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
