PBA Systems (M) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam Kota Kemuning invites a Senior Executive/Executive, Customer Service to support the Sales team with order processing, documentation and daily customer service activities. You will liaise with internal teams, suppliers and forwarders to ensure accurate orders and smooth delivery.

The role requires handling POs/quotations, updating records in BC or similar systems, and coordinating with procurement for material availability.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Senior role preferred with 4–5 years of relevant experience in orders, coordination or sales administration.
• Manufacturing, engineering, automation or logistics/3PL experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to customer enquiries via email and phone with prompt responses and follow-up.
• Support Sales in customer orders, documentation and related matters.
• Receive/process POs and prepare Sales Orders and required documentation.
• Prepare quotations based on pricing/info provided by Sales.
• Create/maintain customer records and order information in BC or other systems.
• Monitor back-to-back orders and coordinate with Procurement and suppliers on material availability and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate shipping with forwarders, vendors and customers, including import/export documentation.
• Provide customers and Sales with timely order/delivery updates.
• Handle RMA processes and other SOP-based CS tasks.
• Escalate commercial/technical/delivery issues to Sales/Project PIC as needed.
• Support HQ order processing and related coordination.
• Mentor junior CS team members on orders, documentation and SOPs.
