Job summary

Atlas Copco Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to join our Compressor Service & Optimization team in Shah Alam. You will support aftermarket growth by handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating PO processing, and leveraging digital sales tools to improve quotation conversion and customer satisfaction.

You will work on-site with a dynamic team, contributing to data analysis, KPI reporting, and monthly/weekly performance reviews to drive outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical service sales and marketing support.
• Proficient in computing and MS Office tools.
• Certificate or degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration.
• Ability to work well in a team across levels and maintain safe working environment.
• Self-motivated, resilient and able to handle stress.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries about spare parts, fixed price and service products.
• Coordinate with Smartlink staff and Customer Service for sales leads and follow-ups.
• Manage leads, opportunities, calls, appointments and data analysis in the C4C system.
• Prepare and follow up quotations using CPQ and ensure PO processing in SAP.
• Submit proposals for fixed price, ad hoc and service contracts.
• Record PO information and manage it within the portal and SharePoint workflow.
• Support sales team with general administration and parts proposals as needed.
