Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of clients' industry, business, and products.
• Basic client management skills with the ability to handle routine enquiries and support client satisfaction effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Maintain and prepare reports on service complaint management and tracking.
• Coordinate with functions to gather, verify, and consolidate information for client support.
• Respond to routine internal and client enquiries per guidelines and checklists.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Client, and Operations to implement service solutions.
• Drive self-development in Client Management practices and DKSH values.
• Handle administrative duties and coordination tasks.
