About The Role

The Senior Executive, Client Management Administration is responsible for delivering timely and effective administrative support to the Client Management and Sales teams within DKSH's Consumer Goods business. This role ensures smooth operational coordination, accurate reporting, and responsive client service, contributing directly to high levels of client satisfaction and internal operational excellence.

What You Will Deliver

• Support the management of day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets to ensure efficient and accountable use of resources
• Maintain and prepare regular reports on service complaint management, ensuring issues are accurately documented and tracked through to resolution
• Coordinate with key functions across the organization to gather, verify, and consolidate information required for effective client and operational support
• Respond to routine internal and client enquiries in accordance with established guidelines and checklists, ensuring accurate and timely communication
• Identify and recommend process improvements and enhancements within the area of responsibility to drive greater operational efficiency
• Collaborate with DKSH Information Technology (IT), Client, and Operations teams to identify and implement effective service solutions
• Drive continuous self-development in Client Management practices and DKSH values to enhance professional effectiveness
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Strong understanding of clients' industry, business, and products
• Basic client management skills with the ability to handle routine enquiries and support client satisfaction effectively
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to accuracy in data compilation and reporting
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP enterprise resource planning software
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity, particularly in cross-country and cross-cultural interactions
• Fluency in the local language and, ideally, in English, both written and spoken
