Job summary

DKSH in Malaysia seeks a Senior Manager, Client Management & Operations to oversee end-to-end client management, inventory control, trade claims, and KPI reporting. You will ensure SOP compliance, coordinate with IT for system enhancements, and manage AP/AR matters to support timely financial reconciliation.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Sales, and Warehouse, driving continuous improvement and strategic planning aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline; 2–3 years of related work experience in FMCG preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (speaking and writing) to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills across all levels; proactive and solution-oriented.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive execution across functions, channels and categories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end client management and operational support to achieve business goals.
• Track inventory, conduct monthly shipment simulations, and support supply planning.
• Coordinate market hygiene activities like write-offs and decanning to maintain inventory integrity.
• Drive end-to-end trade claim management and ensure SOP compliance across client and DKSH teams.
• Lead monthly operations review meetings and deliver regular and ad hoc business reporting and analysis.
