Job summary

DKSH Group in Malaysia seeks an Executive Client Management to support day-to-day client accounts and drive client growth. You will coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, prepare forecasts, and communicate plans for business reviews.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Basic understanding of clients' industry/ business/ products
• Basic client management and communication skills
• Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Appreciation for cultural sensitivities in cross-country interactions
• Fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets to ensure efficient resource usage (e.g., below cost release, shipment tracking, shortfall reduction, stock reservation, sample requests)
• Prepare business forecasts, reports and marketing plans to achieve objectives (e.g., monthly wholesaler bulletin, SAP market survey, price list updates)
• Coordinate with internal DKSH departments to resolve operational issues/service complaints (e.g., write-off tracking, OOS updates, payments follow-ups)
• Take necessary actions to support clients' operational issues and complaints (e.g., weekly updates, claim portals, monthly business reviews)
• Prepare relevant documents for business communications and reviews
• Coordinate and communicate planned activities to all operational departments and units
• Liaise with clients on requirements and daily problems encountered
