Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years in client management, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of clients' industry, business, and products.
• Proven client management and communication skills with track record of partnerships.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental budgets and costs aligned with annual allocations.
• Develop business and marketing plans with clients to drive profitability.
• Gather and report client KPIs per SLAs with transparency.
• Identify opportunities for new product introductions and renewals.
• Resolve client operational issues and service complaints promptly.
• Plan regular business reviews with client management teams.
• Act as DKSH representative to client teams and escalate when needed.
• Oversee team delivery of function goals with accountability.
• Champion learning and development in Client Management and DKSH values.
