Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a similar role or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of clients' industry and products.
• Proficient with MS Office and SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets to ensure efficient and accountable use of resources.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on service complaint management and track resolutions.
• Coordinate with key functions to gather, verify, and consolidate information for client and operational support.
• Respond to routine internal and client enquiries per guidelines and checklists.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Client, and Operations to implement service solutions.
• Drive continuous development in Client Management practices and DKSH values.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
