Qualifications

• Strong client management and communication across stakeholders.
• Proven project management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support client account management and promotional plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with internal teams and units.
• Prepare regular sales, promotion, and distribution reports.
• Monitor stock and coordinate promotional material deliveries.
• Assist with trade promotion claims and monthly business reviews.
• Drive learning and development within the client management team.
