Job summary

Mama S Bakehouse is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Support Executive to join our growing wholesale dessert business in Malaysia. You will manage customer inquiries, convert sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships with café and vendor partners.

Key tasks include handling inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram and phone, following up to convert leads, preparing quotations and invoices, coordinating orders with production, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or sales support preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through messages and phone calls.
• Proactive, responsible and consistent with customer follow-ups.

About you

Previous experience in sales, customer service or sales support is preferred.

Confident in communicating with customers through messages and phone calls.

Proactive, responsible and consistent with customer follow-ups.

Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Comfortable using basic computer systems and willing to learn CRM tools.

What we offer

Basic salary: RM3,500 - RM4,000

Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM.
