Job summary

Bake With Yen in Malaysia is seeking a capable Sales Administrator to manage the daily B2B sales pipeline, process enterprise orders, and coordinate between sales reps, clients, and logistics.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot; a business/marketing degree is preferred. On-site role in Shah Alam with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Job description

You will help manage the day-to-day operations of our business-to-business sales pipeline, process enterprise client orders, maintain customer relationship management records, and coordinate communication between sales reps, clients, and logistics. Your work ensures our sales cycle runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Prepare formal business quotations, sales proposals, and B2B contracts

Process corporate purchase orders, generate invoices, and verify pricing compliance or promotional terms

Maintain and update accurate client records, contact databases, and deal stages in CRM software

Liaise with the finance, warehouse, and logistics teams to track order fulfillment and ensure timely client deliveries

Handle routine B2B account inquiries, follow up on outstanding payment statuses, and route critical support issues to the correct department

Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports, pipeline tracking sheets, and executive presentations

About you

1 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting a B2B sales or corporate account management team

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone and email etiquette

Strong multi-tasking abilities, sharp attention to detail, and a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent work experience is also accepted)
