Job summary

Mama S Bakehouse is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Support Executive to join our growing wholesale dessert business in Malaysia. You will manage customer inquiries, convert sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships with café and vendor partners.

Key tasks include handling inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram and phone, following up to convert leads, preparing quotations and invoices, coordinating orders with production, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or sales support preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through messages and phone calls.
• Proactive, responsible and consistent with customer follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls.
• Follow up with potential customers, convert leads into orders and encourage repeat purchases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing café and vendor partners.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and order confirmations accurately.
• Coordinate customer orders and delivery arrangements with the production team.
• Maintain CRM records, track payments and prepare daily sales reports.
