Job summary

JWC ACADEMY SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our coffee, bartending, and baking courses and help students enroll.

You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media; recommend courses and guide applicants through registration and payment; and follow up with leads to meet monthly targets.

The role also involves creating social media content, coordinating with instructors, and nurturing relationships with students and external events.

Sales & Marketing Executive (Coffee / Bartending / Baking)

We are a vocational training academy specializing in coffee, bartending, and baking skills, dedicated to helping students and working professionals enter and thrive in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to help promote our courses and increase student enrollment.

Key responsibilities

Handle course inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-ins.

Recommend suitable courses based on students' needs and assist them through the registration and payment process.

Follow up with potential leads to achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Maintain student relationships, collect feedback, and gather student referrals/testimonials.

Assist with social media content creation, online promotion, and marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with instructors and the internal team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing messages.

About you

Passionate about sales and marketing, with a willingness to take on performance targets.

Good communication skills, friendly, and customer-oriented.

Able to communicate in Chinese; basic English proficiency (ability to speak Malay is an advantage).

Interested in coffee, bartending, or baking (relevant experience is a plus).

Malaysian citizen / Permanent resident / Holder of a valid work permit.

Experience in course sales, education counseling, telemarketing, or social media management (preferred).

Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally to shoot short videos (preferred).

Owns transport and is able to travel for external events (preferred).
