Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage inbound and outbound leads across SEA & Oceania, bridging Marketing and Sales to convert MQLs into SQLs and to accelerate revenue growth.

You will own CRM data, maintain lead records in the system, and coordinate with the Business Line Manager, Sales Engineers, and distributors to ensure timely follow-up and accurate lead distribution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in lead management and sales development.
• Experience in B2B industrial, engineering, manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage inbound/outbound leads to accelerate revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer journeys.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and lead records.
• Distribute leads to the appropriate sales teams per territory rules.
• Provide regular reporting on KPIs and pipeline metrics.
