Job summary

Grundfos is seeking an Associate CSSC Back Office Engineer for Commercial Building Services to provide technical quotations, sizing guidance, and application support across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product Managers, register interactions in the CRM, and help deliver end-to-end solutions including ETO configurations.

The role requires a degree in engineering, strong English, and experience with MS Office and CRM; hybrid work in Shah Alam, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field (0-3 years experience accepted).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM and databases.
• Fundamental understanding of pump products, applications, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical quotations, product sizing guidance, and application support across multiple channels.
• Prepare accurate technical quotations and promote suitable products and configurations.
• Manage and resolve technical enquiries using structured case management and escalate as needed.
