Food-Tech Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive passionate about the food industry. You will actively generate leads and manage client relationships in the food manufacturing and HORECA sectors.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 13 years in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and should be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. We offer a competitive salary, commission scheme, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum 13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery, food processing equipment, or the F&B industry.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle for client visits.

Responsabilidades

• Actively prospect and generate new leads within the food manufacturing, central kitchen, and HORECA sectors.
• Understand client production pain points and recommend appropriate machinery or full‑line solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct product presentations and machine demonstrations to showcase equipment capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the technical service team for smooth installation and customer satisfaction.

Conhecimentos

We are seeking a results‑oriented Sales Executive with a passion for the food industry. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and consulting with customers to find the best machinery solutions for their production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new leads within the food manufacturing, central kitchen, and HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sectors.
• Understand client production pain points and recommend appropriate machinery or full‑line solutions to increase efficiency and output.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct product presentations and machine demonstrations (both on‑site and at our showroom) to showcase equipment capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new food processing technologies to effectively position our products.
• Collaborate with the technical service team to ensure smooth installation, training, and customer satisfaction after the sale.

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery, food processing equipment, or the F&B industry.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
