DTS GROUP SDN BHD is a premium seafood supplier in Malaysia, with extensive distribution, wholesale and retail channels delivering to hospitality industries locally and internationally. A Sales & Marketing professional based in Klang Valley is sought to identify customers, build lasting relationships, and drive growth.

The role requires a minimum of two years in sales/marketing, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a proactive, self-driven attitude with own transport.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably FMCG or HoReCa.
• Strong English and Mandarin, with Malay as additional language.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Own transport and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop potential customers to achieve sales targets, while offering suitable solutions based on their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to grow the business and increase loyalty.
• Provide market updates and customer feedback to support analysis and product improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and support the Sales Manager on assigned tasks.

This position will be based at Klang Valley.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop potential customers to achieve sales targets, while offering suitable solutions based on their needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to grow the business and increase loyalty

Provide market updates and customer feedback to support analysis and product improvement

Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth operations

Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and support the Sales Manager on assigned tasks

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any equivalence.

Good negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.

Minimum 2yrs Sales & marketing experience, ideally in food ingredients or branded food products.

Good in writing & verbal communication skills (English, Malay and Mandarin). We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Be able to prioritize the tasks and work under pressure.

With F&B knowledge and basic selling skill.

Experience in FMCG and HoReCa food services.

Self-driven, optimistic, able to take calculated risks and able to execute implemented plans.

Possess own transport.
