Food-Tech Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive passionate about the food industry. You will actively generate leads and manage client relationships in the food manufacturing and HORECA sectors.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 13 years in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and should be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. We offer a competitive salary, commission scheme, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery, food processing equipment, or the F&B industry.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle for client visits.

Aufgaben

• Actively prospect and generate new leads within the food manufacturing, central kitchen, and HORECA sectors.
• Understand client production pain points and recommend appropriate machinery or full‑line solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct product presentations and machine demonstrations to showcase equipment capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the technical service team for smooth installation and customer satisfaction.

Kenntnisse

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to non‑technical clients

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field
