Job summary

EPOS is seeking a Sales & Operations Support to back the Sales team in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring onboarding, data integrity and smooth processes across departments.

You'll coordinate CRM data, reporting and merchant onboarding, working closely with Sales Managers, Merchant Operations, Finance and Product. A degree in Business/Admin and 4 years in sales operations are expected; experience in POS/fintech is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
• Experience with POS, SaaS, fintech, or payments companies is a plus.
• Degree in Business Admin, Operations, Management or Sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team and coordinate tasks.
• Maintain CRM data, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate merchant onboarding and follow-up of pending cases.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product and other teams to improve processes.
