Job summary

EPOS is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our sales team and ensure seamless customer interactions in Malaysia. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding inquiries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records to help drive business growth.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional merchant experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the sales process with strong communication across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, customer service, merchant support, telemarketing or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with merchants and stakeholders.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin a plus for supporting Mandarin-speaking merchants.
• Eligible to work in Malaysia.
• Experience with POS solutions, merchant services, or SME settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for client inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments between potential clients and sales team.
• Identify potential leads and support overall sales development efforts.
• Maintain accurate client records in the system.
