Job summary

EPOS Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Operations Support to streamline sales processes, onboarding, CRM maintenance and reporting, working closely with Sales, Merchant Operations, Finance and Product. You will help ensure timely follow-ups, accurate data, and smooth execution of the sales pipeline.

The role focuses on coordinating sales tasks, improving process efficiency, and ensuring data accuracy across systems in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, Sales or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
• Experience in POS, SaaS, fintech, payment or technology company is advantageous.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data reporting skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team and coordinate requests.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure activities and tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, merchant records and operational data.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate the sales-to-merchant onboarding process and monitor workflows.
