Job summary

EPOS is seeking a Merchant Success Executive in Kuala Lumpur to oversee the merchant lifecycle and maximize ROI. You will guide merchants in adopting advanced features, drive renewal discussions, and coordinate with product and support teams to remove barriers.

You will also champion merchant feedback to influence product improvements. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in merchant success or onboarding, strong CRM skills, and the willingness to travel to meet partners across the region.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Customer Success, merchant activation, onboarding, or account management.
• Experience in POS, B2B SaaS, Fintech, or e-commerce platforms preferred.
• Solid understanding of retail or F&B store operations and POS payments.
• Familiar with SaaS platforms and CRM tools; strong data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchant lifecycle management and drive value realization for partners.
• Lead renewal discussions 30–60 days ahead to prevent churn and expand contracts.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Product, and Sales to resolve blockers.
• Collect and relay merchant feedback to Product and Operations teams.
