Job summary

EPOS, a leading POS digital solutions provider, is seeking a Sales & Operations Support Manager in Malaysia to bolster day-to-day operations for the Sales function. The role coordinates merchant onboarding, maintains CRM data, and tracks sales performance across dashboards for management review.

You will work with Sales Managers, Merchant Operations, Finance, Product, and other teams to close gaps and improve efficiency in sales-related processes, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, Sales or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, sales administration or a similar role.
• Experience in a POS, SaaS, fintech, payment or technology company is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team, including coordinating sales requests, follow-ups and administrative requirements
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and relevant departments to ensure sales activities and operational tasks are completed on time
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, merchant records, sales tracking files and operational data
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards and performance tracking for management review
• Coordinate the sales-to-merchant onboarding process, including documentation, application, activation and follow-up of pending cases
• Monitor sales and merchant workflows, identify operational gaps or delays, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
• Maintain and monitor the accuracy and completeness of sales and merchant information in CRM and internal systems
• Support system updates, data maintenance, basic troubleshooting and implementation of system or process changes
• Cross-functional Operations & Process Improvement
• Work closely with Sales, Merchant Operations, Finance, Product and other internal teams to resolve operational matters and ensure smooth execution
• Assist the Head of Operations in process improvement initiatives, SOP implementation, operational projects and other sales-related assignments
