Chin Hin Group Berhad in Johor is seeking a Sales Executive for building materials and concrete pipes to expand our Singapore client base. You will develop sales strategies, present products, and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, Mandarin fluency preferred, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in Pipe/Construction industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Singapore through regular visits, calls, and emails.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends, providing insights for sales planning and strategy development.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Pipe/Construction industries
• Preferably to have ability to speak and communicate fluently with clients in Mandarin.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
