Career Horizons is seeking a Junior Sales professional to support customer management and business development in the construction materials sector. You will engage with contractors, developers and clients to understand project requirements and coordinate with operations.

This role offers hands-on exposure to quotations, site visits, batching plant operations, logistics, and market research, with a team-oriented environment and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree required or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in sales, customer relationships and business development.
• Good communication skills, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Willing to attend customer meetings and construction site visits.
• Good English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer enquiries, prepare quotations and support daily sales activities.
• Build relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Visit contractors, developers and construction sites to understand project requirements.
• Learn concrete production, batching plant operations, logistics and delivery planning.
• Coordinate with Operations and QAQC/Production teams to support customer requirements.
• Support market research, sales campaigns and business development activities.

As part of their growing team, the company is seeking a motivated Junior Sales professional to support customer management and business development activities. The role offers hands-on exposure to customer engagement, project requirements, concrete production, batching plant operations, and delivery coordination, while working closely with internal Operations and QAQC/Production teams.

Requirements
